The Challenge
Veloce sells custom leather floor mats and interior upgrades for supercars and luxury vehicles. Average orders run $400+. The problem was that every standard Shopify theme looked the same — nothing about them communicated that these were handcrafted, bespoke products. Customers had no way to see what their car would actually look like with the upgrade.
What We Built
We built a custom storefront from scratch on top of Shopify's API. The centrepiece is a drag-to-compare slider: customers drag a handle left or right to see the before and after of their car's interior. We also added a vehicle selector so shoppers can filter by make, model, and year to find the right fit, and wired up Apple Pay and Google Pay so checkout takes a few seconds.
What's Inside
Drag-to-Compare Slider
Customers drag a handle across the photo to see their car's worn stock floor versus the finished leather upgrade. It's the main conversion tool on the page.
Vehicle Selector
Shoppers pick their make, model, and year and the store filters down to the mats that actually fit. Works for Porsche, BMW, Audi, Mercedes, and more.
Fast Storefront
We built the front end in React and serve all product images as AVIF/WebP so pages load fast even when the photos are high resolution. The cart slides open without a page reload.
Multi-Currency Pricing
The store detects where the visitor is and shows prices in CAD, USD, or EUR. Conversion updates automatically so international customers always see the right number.
